138 people in state under observation for coronavirus

Bengaluru: Karnataka Health and Family Welfare Services Department has informed that it has kept under observation 138 people suspected of being infected by the novel coronavirus.
No cases of the virus has been reported from the state so far.
A total of 104 samples in the state have been sent to testing out of which the results for 85 have shown negative.
More than 14,000 between January 20 and February 8 have undergone thermal screenings at the Kempegowda International Airport.
After three cases from neighbouring Kerala were reported, border districts have been kept under heavy surveillance.
The helpline 104 ‘Arogya Sahayavani’ has received more than 1500 calls so far related to the virus.
