57-yr-old COVID-19 patient found hanging in Kerala hospital corridor

A 57-year-old COVID-19 positive man has allegedly died by suicide at a government medical college and hospital in Kerala’s Thrissur.
He was found hanging from the window grill at the hospital corridor. He was also suffering from acute pancreatitis, and was admitted to isolation ward on Thursday. Police said they’re trying to ascertain exact reason behind the suicide.
The deceased, identified as Srinivasan, a native of Puzhaykkal in this district, was found hanging from the window grill at the corridor leading to the hospital toilet on Monday morning
