Mangaluru: In the backdrop of Legislative Assembly bye-elections to be held at Manjeshwar Legislative Assembly constituency on Oct 21st, all wine shops and bars located within 5 km limits of Dakshina Kannada border with Kerala including those in Mangaluru, Bantwal and Puttur taluks shall stop sale of alcohol from 6 pm in the evening of Oct 19th to the midnight of Oct 21st, as well as from 6 am in the morning to midnight of Oct 24th to facilitate vote counting.
