American Express (Amex), a US-based financial services company, has set up a data analytics, risk and technology lab at IIT Madras.
The American Express Data Analytics, Risk and Technology (DART) Laboratory will focus on risks that originate from human behaviour and decisions.
It aims to establish itself as a world-class hub of research in risk analytics and behavioural sciences.
The lab is designed with an objective to focus on research in risk analytics, behavioural sciences with the help of AI and ML.
