Amit Shah visits Siddaganga chief Shivakumara Swamiji

Tumkur: BJP president Amit Shah who is in on state visit today met the Siddaganga Mutt chief, Dr Shivakumara Swami here today.
After meeting the seer, Shah said that on meeting Shivakumara Swamiji, he felt as though he had seen God himself. Shah told that he was happy to know the fact that the mutt was running over 125 institutions and several pro-people programs.
“BJP would fight back in the up elections, Swamiji’s blessings will make us stronger,” Shah added.
Yeddyurappa, Union Minister Anant Kumar, State in-charge Muralidhar Rao, MP Prahlad Joshi and other state and local party leaders were present at the meeting.
Shah will be visiting various mutts associated with different communities, including Lingayats and Dalits in the next two days.
Shah will address farmers’ and traders’ meetings, and take out road shows in the state.
