Speaking to the media persons at his residence on Thursday, Kharge said that Mr. Hegde needs to learn decency and good culture from the Hyderabad Karnataka region. Only people who do not have culture like him can speak carelessly. Mr. Hegde’s words speak of the amount of culture the RSS (Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangha) that claims to be disciplined and cultured. He also questioned about the contribution of BJP towards the development of Hyderabad Karnataka region.

It was during UPA [United Progressive Alliance] government, the congress established many centres for skill development in the country.
Mr. Hegde, indirectly referred to Congress leaders from Hyderabad Karnataka region in a public meeting in Kalaburagi on Wednesday, saying that only those who are capable of engaging themselves in laying foundation stones for government buildings and roads instead of enhancing skills among youth to create a brighter India were disqualified to become political leaders.
