Bagalkot: Three people were killed in an accident after a speeding truck hit roadside shop on National Highway – 67 at Kereru.
As per reports, the driver was accelerating the vehicle and lost control while driving. The vehicle dashed into a roadside shop. Three people who were having tea in the shop were killed on the spot and two others injured.
The injured have been admitted to a local hospital. The details of the deceased are yet to be known.
Police have registered the case and further investigation is underway.
