Bantwal: Pedestrian dies after being hit by scooter

Bantwal: A pedestrian was killed on the spot after he was hit by a scooter in Benkya, Bantwal.

The deceased has been identified as Sunil Kumar (46), a resident of Sajipamooda village, Benkya.

It is said that  Sunil works as an electrician and the incident occurred when he was returning home from work.

Police officials visited the spot and conducted an inspection.
