Bantwal: Road widening works at Brahmarakutlu toll plaza enters final stretch

Bantwal: The road widening works for the construction of a third toll booth and gate at the Brahmarakutlu toll plaza on the National Highway 75 is nearing completion.

Although there are two toll booths on each side of the plaza, vehicles had to wait in queue. Thus the demand for a third booth was raised.

The work on the third booth was delayed initially due to obstruction by power lines.

Painting works on the dividers on the road towards the Brahmarakutlu toll plaza is also ongoing. The paints faded from the mud due to the widening works, hence, this time the dividers are being painted by machines.
