Bantwal: Two arrested for smuggling cattle in car

Bantwal: Vitla police, on Saturday, said they have arrested two suspects in the case where cows were found stuffed in a car.
Police had intercepted an Alto car near Beedadka in the Kepu village of Bantwal on Friday in which two cows were being smuggled. However, the accused fled from the scene.
Vitla police, who took over the case, said Basheer(28) and Noufal (24), both residents of Panjarakodi in Kolnadu village were involved int eh incident. They were produced before the court, which remanded them to police custody.
