Bantwal: Two arrested for threatening ASHA worker

Bantwal: Bantwal town police on Saturday, May 8 have arrested two persons on charges of abusing and threatening the life of an Associated Social Health Activist (ASHA) in Bantwal
It is said that on Saturday the ASHA worker had visited the house of a Covid-19 positive patient in Sarapadi.
While returning, two of the patient’s relatives, Sandeep, and Santhosh threatened and tried to attack the ASHA worker.
A case was immediately registered at the Bantwal town police station and the two relatives were arrested.
