Belagavi man kills father, chop off head, legs

Belagavi: A 60-year-old man was murdered by his own son after he confiscated the accused’s phone on Monday.

The deceased is identified as Devappa Kumbara and the accused is his son Raghuveer, resident of Kaakati village.

On Monday early morning Devappa confiscated his son Raghuveer’s cell phone as he was addicted it. Angered by this Raghuveer killed his father and then chopped off his head and legs, informed sources.

Devappa Kumbara had retired from service three-months-ago. His son Raghuveer, an unemployed youth was addicted to PUBG.

A case in this regard has been registered with the local police.
