Belagavi: MLA Ramesh Jarkiholi meets RSS leaders

Belagavi: Former minister Ramesh Jarkiholi met RSS leaders in Athani on Saturday.

This comes a day after his meeting with the pontiff of Mysuru’s Sri Suttur matha on Friday.

Jarkiholi arrived in Athani on Saturday morning and went to meet Arvind Deshpande, RSS’ Uttar Prant Sanchalak.

It was reported that both of them discussed the current political situation.

Jarkiholi later declined to comment on his visit.

During his visit to Mysuru on Friday, Jarkiholi had said that he was saddened and had decided to resign as MLA but did not after consolation and advice from senior leaders.

“Some in the BJP have been unfair to me and I will make them pay for it. I will explain everything in 8-10 days,” he said on Friday after arriving at Belagavi.
