Belgaluru Reports 525 Cyber Crime Cases Out of 670 Cases in Karnataka Until June 2017

Bengaluru: Karnataka state capital tops in the list of cyber crime in national and state level according to a recent survey by the state home ministry.  As many as four cyber crime cases are being reported in Karnataka daily and Bengaluru hosts three out of the four cases reported.

As many as 670 cyber crime cases recorded until June this year out of which 525 cases filed in Bengaluru city alone. Bengaluru also tops in the same list in national level also. According to the cyber crime wing of the home ministry in 30% of cyber crime cases, online criminals cheat the job seekers assuring them good job in rerun to a huge sum of money and after obtaining the sum they disappear from the scene without completing their assurance.
