Belgaum: Man who looted jewellery shop at gunpoint arrested

Belgaum: A man who robbed items worth Rs 3 lakhs from a jewellery shop at gunpoint here was arrested by police officials from the Camp police station.
The robber has been identified as Vaibhav Rajendra Patil (29).
He had robbed Samruddhi Jewellers at Hindalga Road’s Vijaya Nagar at 6:30 pm on June 27.
The owner of the jewellery shop had registered a complaint at Camp police station.
Khadebazar ACP A Chandrappa formed a team and started the search for the robber. They were successful in arresting the accused.
