Bengaluru: Traffic restrictions on NYE

Bengaluru: City traffic police have set an elaborate plan for regulating vehicular traffic on the eve of the new year and the morning after.
Since public celebrations will occur on Brigade road, MG Road, Residency Road, St Marks Road and Church Street, several main roads will be closed from 10 pm to 2 am
All the city’s flyovers and elevated corridors will remain shut from 9 pm of December 31 to 6 am on January 1.
BMTC bus and metro services will be extended till 2 am on January 1.
