BJP launches state-level COVID-19 helpline

Mangaluru: BJP MP and Karnataka State President Nalin Kumar Kateel inaugurated BJP Karnataka’s Covid-19 helpline which will be functioning from today
Speaking at the BJP office in Kodialbail, MP Nalin Kumar said, BJP’s Covid-19 helpline number will be the same for all the districts and people can contact us on 080-68324040.
In addition to this, people can also contact us through our Whatsapp number 8722557733. People can call the helpline number for any kind of assistance such as arranging ambulance, medical and food supplies. Also, BJP war room has also started functioning in all the districts from March 23, he said
He further said, a meeting would be held at 9 pm every night to discuss regarding the number of complaints filed and how many of them are resolved.
Speaking regarding the provision of essential services in the state, he said, till date, 2,01,398 food packs were provided to poor wage laborers and 20,13,986 people were provided with food. 1,96,150 masks have been distributed so far. A total of 1,68,031 activists have participated in the campaign to fund PM Cares.
