Bus-truck collision; 20 people injured

Mangaluru: As many as 20 people serious injuries on Tuesday after a bus collided with a truck near the masjid at Todar.

The incident took place when the bus which was plying from Moodbidri to Mangaluru collided with the truck coming from the opposite direction.

The front portion of both the vehicles is badly mangled and drivers of both the vehicles were also seriously injured.

However, the injured were admitted to local hospitals in the city of Mangaluru. Meanwhile, traffic was blocked for some time due to this accident.
