Centre announces ₹2L ex-gratia for families of those killed in U’khand flash floods

Uttarakhand: The families of those who died in Sunday’s flash floods due to glacial break in Uttarakhand will be given ₹2 lakh each from PMNRF, the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) has said.
Additionally, the state government has also announced an amount of ₹4 lakh each for families of the deceased. PMO announced ₹50,000 for those seriously injured due to the incident.
