CM to launch various developmental programs in Udupi: Madhvaraj

Udupi: District in charge minister Pramod Madhwaraj said that Congress led State Government has planned for several developmental activities worth Rs.581 crores in Udupi district
Addressing the media he said, various development projects worth Rs 581 crore in the Udupi Assembly constituency will be launched by CM Siddaramaiah at Brahmavar near here on January 8.
CM will also speak on the completed projects which include the Rs 9 crore Panchaminkana Bridge, Zilla Panchayat training center at Manipal worth Rs 1.50 crore, Government first grade college library building at Barkur worth Rs 60 lakh, Third phase Malpe Jetty worth of Rs 49 crore, Shopping complex built under IDSMT scheme at Gopalpura Santhekatte worth Rs 1.51 crore, Road work at Brahmavar, Heroor, Nejar, Nidamballi-Kemmanu, Inkaldi worth of Rs 10.933 crore, he said.
The chief minister will also lay the foundation stone for the Bridges of Perampalli ,Varahi water supply to Udupi project and three other development works, the minister said.
Meenakshi Madhava Bannanje president Udupi City Municipal Council, Narasimmoorthy president UUDA also present in the press meet.
