Coal-laden truck hits divider, topples near Maroli; driver, cleaner escape unhurt

Mangaluru: The driver and cleaner of a coal-laden truck escaped unhurt after the vehicle toppled on National Highway 75 at Maroli here on Thursday, May 27.
The truck was headed to Mandya from Panambur when the mishap occurred reportedly due to a brake failure.
The truck initially hit the road divider and toppled, spilling the entire load on the road.
