COVID-19: Deputy CM Ashwathnarayan launches disinfectant drones

Bengaluru: A drone-bound anti-microbial organic disinfectant solution spraying activity to fight COVID-19 was launched by Deputy Chief Minister C. N. Ashwathnarayan.

Disinfecting with drones is an initiative by Sugaradhana and Team Daksha and The activity was launched near the 18th Cross at Malleshwaram in the city on Saturday, June 28.

Ashwathnarayan poured the disinfectant solution into a tank embedded on top of the drone and launched the activity.

Speaking after launching the drone Ashwathnarayan appreciated team Daksha, mentored by film star Ajith Kumar for developing a way to sanitize large areas via disinfectant drones.
