Covid 19: Eight new cases reported; K’taka tally rises to 959

Bengaluru: Eight new cases of coronavirus has been confirmed in the state taking tally of infected persons to 959 in the state.

“A total of 34 new cases have been confirmed in the last 24 hours,” the health department said in its evening report.

Of the new cases, six are from Kalaburagi and one each from Bengaluru and Bidar.

Till date 959 positive cases have been confirmed. This includes 33 deaths and 451 discharges.
