COVID-19: Karnataka records second death

Ballari: Karnataka recorded the second death due to COVID-19 with the test results of the 75-year-old woman from Chikkaballapur, who died with symptoms of the Novel Coronavirus, turning out positive.
Health Minister B Sriramulu said that the test result of the deceased woman was out on Thursday, March 26 and it’s confirmed that she died because of COVID-19.
As per resources, the woman, who had returned from Mecca in Saudi Arabia recently, was said to be from Gauribidanur in Chikkaballapura and was undergoing treatment at Bowring hospital here.
