COVID-19: Man held for posting malicious content about govt functionaries, says Compol

Mangaluru: City Police Commissioner Harsha on Tuesday informed one person was arrested for spreading malicious content against government functionaries engaged in coronavirus work.
The arrested is Nizam alias Neeza and has been sent to judicial custody on court orders.
Taking to Twitter Harsha informed, “One Nizam @ Neeza has been arrested and sent to judicial custody on court orders for spreading malicious content on social media through a platform idunammadhwani.. regarding various government functionaries engaged in anti COVID19 work and spreading rumors.”
