COVID-19: Srinivas Poojary tests negative, to resume duty soon

Mangaluru: District in-charge Minister Kota Srinivas Poojary who was under quarantine after Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa tested positive for COVID-19 has been tested negative for the virus.
Taking to Twitter Srinivas wrote, “I went under home Quarantine after CM BS Yeddyurappa tested positive for the virus I had also given my swap samples for test and my results workout today a and I am tested negative.”
“I will be resuming my duty from today therefore, I request public’s support,” he added.
Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa had tested positive for COVID-19 on Sunday, August 2 and is undergoing treatment at Manipal hospital in Bengaluru all the ministers who were in contact with them had quarantined themselves and undergone COVID test.
