Data science and classification workshop inaugurated at JNNCE

Shivamogga: The Department of Information Science and Engineering (ISE) at Jawaharlal Nehru National College of Engineering (JNNCE) is holding seven days workshop on information science and classification utilizing Python and MATLAB from July 16 to July 21. 

The workshop was inaugurated on July 16 by former director of Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) A S Kiran Kumar. Featuring the significance of the intelligent utilization of data, he stated, “Information is streaming like oil over the world and it must be refined and used carefully.” 

Guest of honor Dr. D S Guru, communicated his worry about the under-use of Indian intellect ability in the country. 

The chief of JNNCE Dr. H R Mahadevaswamy, Vice Principal Dr. Sreepathi, individual from NES administration A S Vishwanatha, S N Nagaraja, C R Nagaraj, Head of Department, ISE and Organizing Chair Dr. Jyothi K, organizer Dr. Prabhudeva S, organizing secretaries Pavan Kumar and Arun Kumar were also present.
