Drunk biker dies in accident

Bengaluru: One person died and other sustained injuries after the rider lost control over the vehicle while taking a turn and fell off the road in HSR Layout on Friday, March 1.
The deceased has been identified as Janith Kumar Nayak(26), hailing from Jharkhand and was working in a coffee company in Bellandur.
It is gathered that the incident took place when Janith was riding the bike along with his friend, Ramesh, 27, who sustained injuries. Ramesh is currently undergoing treatment at a private hospital.
Reportedly, the duo were returning home when the accident took place around 1.30 AM on Greenline Layout flyover in HSR Layout. Janith was taking a turn near the flyover and lost control and fell off the bike.
Janith ho had sustained severe head injuries was rushed to a nearby hospital immediately by a passerby but he was declared brought dead.
Janith was riding the bike in rash and negligent manner and the two were drunk and not wearing helmets, informed police sources.
Janith’s body was handed over his body to the family members after conducting the post-mortem.
A case with this regard had been registered with the HSR Layout traffic police.
