Elderly woman killed after being hit by motorbike

Kundapur: An elderly woman was killed after being hit by a motorbike at Kumbashi here on Friday, January 24.

The deceased has been identified as Vinaya Kamath (62). The bike rider Keertiraj too is said to have sustained critical head injuries in the mishap and has been admitted to a hospital.

The incident took place near Goddess Chandika Durgaparameshwari here

Kundapur police visited the spot and registered a case.
