Tumkur: In a tragic incident, a lady died in a government hospital at Kodugenahalli in Madhugiri of Tumkur district after she failed to get necessary medical treatment, as the duty doctor was absent in the hospital. Following her death, her father took her dead body on his two-wheeler to reach his village, Meerapura, as there was no ambulance facility at the hospital, sources said.
