Kasargod: A five year old boy has bravely rescued two of his friends who fell into a 20-foot lake here.

Sainul Abidin (5), UKG student, son of Sainudin and Asma couple, is the boy who rescued his friends.

It has been reported that, Basim Saman (5), and Abdul Shamil (5), were playing near their house. The three were playing with a ball, and when the ball fell into the lake the two children went down the river to fetch it.

Sainul Abidin, who saw his friends sinking, dropped a wooden stick in the water and asked them to hold it. Sainul also held on to the stick from other side and asked the friends to slowly climb up. His friends followed what Sainul said and climbed up the stick.
