Mangaluru: Former President of Dakshina Kannada Zilla Panchayat B Sadananda Poonja died after a short illness on Saturday, March 13 in a private hospital in Mangaluru
Sadanand Poonja served as the President of the DK District Congress and played a prominent role in establishing a Government PU College in Sajipamooda. He was also associated with many religious and social organizations
The funeral will take place today evening at his house in Sajipamooda, Subhashnagar.
