Former Higher Education Minister B.A.Mohideen passed away

Bengaluru: BA Mohideen, the former education minister of Karnataka died at the age of 81 due to ill health today.

The former minister breathed his last at the MS Ramiah hospital in Bengaluru at around 6am on Tuesday morning. He was admitted to a private hospital in Mangalore as of late after his health deteriorated. Former Chief Minister Siddaramaiah had visited him. 

As indicated by sources, Mohideen’s body will be taken to his Bengaluru’s Sanjay Nagar residence at around 8 PM. The funeral will be held in Mangaluru.

Said to be a loyal and upright politician, Mohideen’s autobiography Nannolagina Naanu (Me within Me) was to be released shortly.
