Bengaluru: Four of the accused in Chinnaswamy stadium blast case eight years back orally consented to admit to their part in the fear assault after their bail bargaining plea was dismissed by the NIA special court on Tuesday.

The denounced — Gowhar Azeez Khomani, Mohammed Taariq Anjum, Kamaal Hasan and Mohammed Kafeel Akhtar — had recorded a bail bargain plea under Section 265 of the Criminal Procedure Code, looking for concession in their punishment. The court, in any case, rejected the request of referring to technical grounds, following which the four said they are prepared to admit. The following hearing has been postured for Wednesday.

The four denounced are accused of intrigue and giving local support to their co-plotters to complete a series of bomb blasts  in different parts of the nation including Chinnaswamy stadium before the beginning of the IPL cricket match on April 17, 2010.

More than 15 individuals, including police staff, were harmed in three blasts. The bombs had been planted in and around the stadium. The police later recuperated two live bombs. They charged 13 people for the situation including Yaseen and Riyaz Bhatkal.

As indicated by the arraignment, the accused detected that the case against them was solid. Likewise, a few eye-witnesses affirmed against them under the watchful eye of the court.
