Four more Covid-19 deaths in DK dist

Mangaluru: Four more coronavirus related fatalities have been reported in Dakshina Kannada district on Sunday, July 12.

Earlier in the day 60-year-old man from Pilichamundikallu at Kuvettu village had succumbed to the infection.

Now it is gathered that a 50-year-old Puttur resident, a 72-year-old from Urvastore in Mangaluru, a 60-year-old Ballalbagh resident and a 68-year-old resident of Bunder area have died.

While one of the deaths has been reported from a private hospital in Deralakatte the other four were reported from Wenlock hospital.

With this the death toll in Dakshina Kannada stands at 46.
