Guv appoints Prof P Subrahmanya Yadapadithaya as VC of Mangaluru University

Bengaluru/Mangaluru: Professor Yadapadithaya was appointed as the new Vice-Chancellor for Mangalore University by Governor Vajubhai Vala on Monday.
On Monday, June 3 the governor’s office issued a notification on the appointment of Vice-Chancellor for Mangalore University.
Prof Yadapadithaya was the registrar of the university and professor in the Department of Commerce.
It may be recalled that on December 5 the search committee appointed for finalizing three names to the post of vice chancellor of Mangalore University had submitted a sealed cover containing three names it has finalized for the said post to the government.
