HDK requests govt to clarify on sealdown

Bengaluru: Former chief minister H D Kumaraswamy has tweeted a request to the State government to clarify whether they will be moving to impose a sealdown in the state.

Kumaraswamy explained that the lockdown has already caused distress to many people in the state, the rumours of a sealdown now is causing a panic.

He advised that the government, if it is mulling a sealdown, must explain how can people buy groceries and medicines in such a situation.

Will the sealdown be imposed across the state or only in a few districts? What will and will not be available during the sealdown? If these are not answered then false news and information will mislead the people, he added.
