Hijab row: Mandya girl Muskaan, praised by Al-Qaeda leader goes to Saudi Arabia

Mandya: During the Hijab protests in Karnataka, a student in Mandya named Bibi Muskaan Zainab Khan rose to fame after she yelled “Allah-hu-Akbar” in front of protesting Hindu students.
The student had received praises from Ayman al-Zawahiri, the leader of the terror outfit Al-Qaeda.
As per the latest reports, she left for Saudi Arabia along with her family on April 25 without intimating the local police officials. It is said that she has gone on an ‘Umrah’.
The local police had verbally asked Muskan Khan to inform them about her whereabouts and travel plans to the.
But it is said that her family has not notified the local police about their trip to Saudi Arabia which has raised a lot of speculations.
At the peak of the hijab row in February, Muskan Khan, a second-year BCom student in Mandya came to the limelight after she shouted “Allah-hu-Akbar” in front of protesting Hindu students.
Following this, she received support from many Muslim scholars and groups. The Hindu groups had asked for detailed inquiries on the gifts and money Muskan Khan received.
