Bidar: Minister for Water Resources Ramesh Jarkiholi has mocked KPCC’s new president D K Shivakumar’s statement of making Karnataka BJP-free by saying that he knows how much of a man is D K Shivakumar is.

Speaking to reporters after his visit to Karanja reservoir in the district, he said, that former Chief Minister Siddaramaiah is our leader. I won’t talk anything about him. However, it is being reported that a certain percentage is being earmarked for grants being released bt some MLAs.

Jarkiholi said that the construction of new bridges in the district for the use of water from its stake in the Godavari base is being planned. The barrages have been repaired and the water collection will start soon.
