If Nikhil wins LS polls, he will honestly serve people: Anitha Kumaraswamy

Mandya: Ahead of Lok Sabha elections Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy’s wife Anitha Kumaraswamy started a campaign for her son Nikhil Kumaraswamy in Maddur taluk after offering a prayer at Channakeshwara Beereshwara Swamy Temple in Gudidhoddi village.
Addressing the campaign Anita said that her son Nikhil is down to earth and humble just like his father Kumaraswamy and grandfather H D Devegowda.
She further promised that if at all Nikhil wins the Lok Sabha election he will honestly serve the people and also work hard for the development of Mandya.
Developmental works in the state are in progress, and after six months the people will witness the developments made by Kumaraswamy government she said.
Requesting JD(S) works she said that the activists of JDS should reach out to every household and educate people regarding the achievements of the Congress-JDS government,” she added.
Later the campaign was continued in Maralige, Konasaale, Chottanahalli, Goolooru, Chikkadhoddi and many other villages, informed sources.
