Indrajit Lankesh meets slain Deepak and Bashir’s kin

Mangaluru: Kannada film maker and brother of journalist Gauri Lankesh has expressed his deep condolences over the murders of Deepak Rao and Basheer.
Addressing the media, Indrajith blamed the state government of failure to maintain law and order in the state.
Indrajith said the government tries to close the matter by proving compensation to the kin but they fail their attempts to prevent any such mishaps.
Indrajith Lankesh visited the residences of Deepak Rao at Katipalla and Basheer at Akashbhavan today and handed over cheques for Rs 25,000 each.
