Karkala: Labourer suffocates to death in well; two others hospitalised

Karkala: A labourer suffocated to death while two others have been admitted to the hospital after they entered a well at Belur in the district on Tuesday, March 2.
The deceased has been identified as Mani, a resident of Moodbidri.
The trio had entered the well for desilting work but began choking due to lack of oxygen. Two of the workers were admitted to Manipal Hospital.
A case is registered at Karkala police station.
