Vijayapura: BJP MLA Basanagouda Patil Yatnal reiterated his claims that the Chief Minister of Karnataka will be replaced after the West Bengal elections. He further said that Chief Minister of Haryana will also be changed
Speaking to the reporters here, Yatnal said, ” I am 100% sure that Karnataka CM will be changed as it is difficult for the party to fight the next elections with BS Yediyurappa. Even though BJP national secretary Arun Singh is aware of these things, he is denying the claims”
” I personally feel that if BJP has to survive in the state, CM should change. I am fighting for the future of BJP in Karnataka. Apart from this, Chief Minister of Haryana will also be changed,” he opined
Further targeting Yediyurappa, he said ” Yediyurappa doesn’t care about the MLAs, who were responsible for him becoming chief minister of Karnataka. He has not allotted the development fund properly to the MLAs. More grants were given to MLAs of Congress and JD (S) party”
“Also, Yediyurappa before becoming Chief Minister, had said that he will allot Rs 25,000 crores for irrigation every year. But, he has provided only Rs 5,600 crores in this year’s budget,” he added
Praising PM Modi, Yatnal said, ” I always raise my voice against corruption. A few say that I support Atal Bihari Vajpayee and PM Modi. Why should’nt I? These leaders do not have a single case of corruption on them. They are my role models”
