Karnataka govt names Gaurav Gupta as Commissioner for BBMP

Bengaluru: Karnataka government on Wednesday, March 31 named Gaurav Gupta as the Commissioner of Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP).
Gupta is an IAS officer of the 1990 Karnataka batch and he replaced Manjunath Prasad.
The state government has also ordered the transfer of 21 other IAS officers.
