Kolar gang wars: One dead, 3 injured in a clash

Kolar: A gang member was hacked to death and three others were injured in a clash between two rival gangs at KGF, late-night on October 23.

Kumar alias Rajkumar (28) was allegedly killed by the members of another gang led by Jayant, reports said. It is learnt that condition of one among the three injured is critical.

As per police sources, there was an old enmity between the gangs led by Kumar and Jayant. In a revenge killing, Jayant, Merian, Lawrence, Ramesh, Saravana and Venkatesh allegedly attacked Rajkumar and his friends on Saturday night.

Kolar SP Dekka Kishore has ordered for a special police team to trace the whereabouts of Jayant and accomplices who are absconding after the incident.

A case has been registered at the Robertson police station in this regard.
