Technical problem in Akrama-Sakrama application submission
Udupi: Legislative Council opposition leader Kota Srinivas Poojary consultation with officials at his office in Vidhana Soudha regarding the server problem and technical problems in connection to the submission of Akrama-Sakrama applications.
The MLC said that hundreds of people are compelled to wait at regional offices and Atalji Janasnehi Kendra because of the server problem. Immediate action should be taken in this connection he directed.
The officials informed that the server is being overloaded due to the submission of applications for various schemes. Locally, there is also issue with internet connection. Since there is a delay is adding the survey number, it too is causing some delay. However, they assured that the technical problems will be solved in a couple of days.
When the MLC pointed out the need for additional computers, counters and 4 staffs, they informed that additional staff and computers would be provided to Atalji Janasnehi Kendras. A report would be procured from the DC’s and essential permissions will be provided, informed the officials.
