Bengaluru: BJP’s National general secretary C T Ravi said that that there was a discussion held in the core committee meeting regarding the potential candidates for the upcoming assembly by-polls and the party’s president will soon send a list to the Central Election committee
Speaking after the meeting, CT Ravi said, ” We have also discussed regarding the elections and reservation of the local bodies. Also, this year on April 6, BJP will complete 41 years in Indian politics, and discussions were held regarding the programs to be conducted in this regard”
“Last year, Maski MLA Pratapgowda Patil resigned from the post and joined BJP. Now, it is for us to see whether Patil in Maski and Angadi family in Belagavi will be given tickets by the Centre,” he added
Talking about Tamil Nadu elections, Ravi said, ” Annamalai and Khushboo are contesting from Aravakuruchi and Thousand lights constituencies, respectively. Bjp will get desired results in the polls because of its public friendly programs”
” In 2016, DMK was confident that they will come into power, but they did not. Even this year people will reject DMK’s goonda raj,” he added
