K’taka COVID-19 update: 10913 new cases, 9091 discharges, 114 deaths on Oct 8

Bengaluru: 10,913 new cases of COVID-19 were reported from across the State on October 8 along with 9,091 recoveries and 114 deaths.

The total tallies in the State now stand at 6,90,269 total reported cases out of which 1,18,851 are presently active and 9,789 dead.

Districts that reported high incidences of COVID-19 cases are Bengaluru Urban 5,009, Mysuru 826, Hassana 489, Davanagere 450, Chitradurga 418, Dakshina Kannada 376, Tumkur 366, Belagavi 269 and Ballari 217.
