K’taka COVID-19 update: 487 new cases, 493 discharges, 3 deaths on Feb 6

Bengaluru: On February 6, 487 new cases of COVID-19 were reported from across the State along with 493 recoveries and 3 virus-related deaths.

The total number of cases reported till date in the State has risen to 9,42,518 out of these 12,236 are dead.

Presently, 5,959 COVID-19 cases are active in the State out of these 141 are undergoing treatment in Intensive Care Units.

Bengaluru Urban district, with 250 cases on the same day, became the highest daily contributor.

Mysuru district and Dakshina Kannada district reported second and third highest number of cases with 38 and 30 cases respectively.

All other districts reported less than 25 cases each.
