K’taka COVID-19 update: 6297 new cases, 8500 discharges, 66 deaths on Oct 19

Bengaluru: On October 20, 6,297 new cases of COVID-19 were reported from across the State along with 8500 recoveries and 66 COVID-19 deaths.

The total tally in the State has now risen to 7,76,901 total COVID-19 cases out of which 1,03,945 cases are active aCOVID-19nd 10,608 dead.

Districts that reported a high number of COVID-19 cases are Bengaluru Urban 2,821, Mysuru 451, Tumakuru 327, Bengaluru Rural 319, Hassana 249 and Davanagere 206.
